Heath Aluminum Purple Martin House (18 Room)

The Heath Aluminum 18 room Deluxe Martin House is an easy to clean purple martin house constructed of white and light green rust-free aluminum to dissipate heat. Each of the trapezoid-shaped rooms measures 9" wide at the front, 3" wide at the back, 6" deep, and 6" tall. Porches of the house feature drainage holes in front of the 2 1/4" diameter entrances and plastic perch rails. End of season, plastic door stops are included.

Assembly Required. Assembly time varies from 1-3 hours depending on the individual. Two people may be required for the final roof assembly.

Mounts on pole with 1-1/4" outer diameter, extending up through house, no mounting plate required. (This means that the house floors do not attach together - they require a round pole with a 1-1/4" outside diameter to connect them together.)
