Description
Keep gray / black squirrels and large birds out with the Droll Yankees B7 Domed Cage Feeder (B7DC).
Quality construction and a 2-1/2 lb seed capacity makes it a best in class Domed Cage Feeder.
Smaller songbirds are easily able to enter the cage to reach the tubular bird feeder inside but large squirrels and birds (jays, crows, starlings and grackels) cannot fit through the 1-1/2 inch openings.
(NOTE: Red/brown squirrels and chipmunks will fit inside.)
The clear, UV-stabilized polycarbonate dome provides protection against weather and it does not hide birds from view. The stainless steel hanger wire is long lasting and chew proof. Metal feed ports and UV-stabilized polycarbonate tube for maximum durability. Wire bottom prevents seed and seed debris from accumulating in the cage.
The feeder is easy to fill and remove for cleaning. Threaded base allows the feeder to be pole mounted if desired, see link below.
